Our menu features CERTIFIED ANGUS BEEF chuck steak burgers, ground fresh daily and served on our freshly baked BOSS buns.  We also offer chicken, fish, salads, hand cut fries, Medalla beer battered onion wedges and our house special El Jefe stuffed burgers, stuffed with your coice of beer braised short ribs, Spanish chorizo or our firecracker blend of green chiles and jalapenos.

We offer a full bar including a wide selection of beers, wine and our El Jefe Special tropical drinks including homemade rum punch, pina coladas, mojitos and a
selection of non - alcoholic beverages for the kids and kids at heart. We also offer a limited selection of fine cigars from our humidor.
